We’re on the move—are you with us?
From May 13–25, 2025, the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation (PMSF) is launching our second Raising Hope Through Movement fundraiser—a 13-day peer-to-peer challenge where every movement matters. Whether you walk, wheel, ride, dance, scoot, rock, or roll, your effort helps raise awareness and critical funds for families affected by Phelan-McDermid syndrome.
However you move, you move us forward. 💚
What Is Raising Hope Through Movement?
Raising Hope Through Movement is a 13-day fundraiser where participants choose a movement that works for them and raise funds to support PMSF. Whether you move once or every day, it’s all about taking action and inspiring others.
Why We Move
PMSF is nearly 90% donor-funded, and campaigns like this directly support programs that matter:
- ✈️ Extension of the Natural History Study (NHS) and travel assistance for families participating in the NHS
- 🧪 Scientific research grants
- 🧡 New Family Support Program
- 👥 Caregiver Support Groups
- 📚 Educational webinars and resources
Together, we’re working to make today better and the future brighter—from diagnosis through to treatments and cures.
