We are excited to officially welcome Robbie Baker as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation.

As Robbie begins his time with PMSF, he’s focused on listening, learning, and getting to know our incredible community. To start, we sat down with him for a short, lighthearted “get to know you” conversation, a chance for families, supporters, and partners to meet Robbie beyond his title.

Robbie brings decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and patient advocacy, but just as importantly, he brings a genuine curiosity and care for the communities he serves.

As Board Secretary, Lisa Brown shared:
