Alycia Halladay, Past President
Our new board president is Denise Croden, who served as the vice president this past year. We are excited to have her leadership as we move forward into the new year. She will serve in this role until the close of 2025. She will continue to chair the Development Committee and will lead the Executive Committee.

Filling the vice president role,  we welcome Lisa Brown to the role. Lisa has spent the past year working diligently on governance practices and heads that committee as well.

We thank Alycia Halladay for her two years of leadership during a time of transition, and are pleased to note that she will continue to serve a second three year term on the board.

Also elected for their second three year terms are Cat Valcourt-Pearce, and Michael O’Boyle.

We welcome our newest member, Eden Rivera to the board. Eden is in the doctoral program in education at University of Maryland and has lived experience as a caregiver for someone with Phelan-McDermid syndrome.

We thank Cynthia Schauss for her three years of service on the board. Cynthia has decided to follow her heart and work with Carla and the team of REPS in family support. She will continue to serve as chair of the finance committee and will continue to serve on the development committee.

Michael Fraunces, Heidi Grabbenstatter, and Chris Jauch continue their current terms.

Congratulations to everyone, and a big thank you for volunteering to serve our community.
